About Strategic Business
During Clell’s 38 years in the corporate world he contracted with many small businesses. He
watched, with sadness, many of them come and go. Clell understands the well-known statistic that says
80% of businesses fail in their first five years.
Now retired, Clell still holds those same feelings. He now has the ability to share his business
experience with these small business owners to help them avoid the 80% statistic. He does this by helping them make
changes in their business so they can enjoy more success with their business along with having a more
enjoyable life. As a result, the Strategic Business Solutions LLC coaching business was founded.
To be able to provide even greater support, Clell completed the process of accreditation with The
Institute for Independent Business that totally focuses on and supports small businesses.
The Institute for Independent Business
As part of the Institute for Independent Business, Clell has access to over 3,500 top executives, all
accredited by the Institute, that are available to assist in the planning, design, and implementation of
any project the small business owner may need. These experienced top executives come from every type of
business imaginable. Whether the small business is a 1 or 150-person operation, they have access to a
virtual board of directors as some of these top professionals will be available to advise them on any subject or
they can be called on to undertake any required projects in a hands-on capacity.
Our Mission
We are fully committed to helping small business owners, even the 1-5 person business, make the
